Swift Derby 7.5×42 vintage rubber armoured binoculars.
I am not sure, but it appears they may be misaligned, as each individual eye focus works, but they don’t appear to correspond and will ideally need some attention.
Apparently, this model was developed for horse racing, hence the name and only ever came with the front lens cover as shown and no case either.
Condition is “Used”.
