Thisis a beautiful pair of mother of pearl and chrome plated operaglasses by F.A.Thiele of Copenhagen, these makers were suppliers tothe Danish Royal Household, and the lenses are by Emil Busch…sothey cant get much better.Theadjustment is smooth, the lenses are crystal clear, however I havejust noticed an extremely fine hairline crack to the rim of theeyeglass on the right hand side (see picture) apart from that thereare no cracks or splits to the glass or mother of pearl.Chromewas the new kid on the block in 1924 and was embraced by qualitymanufactures because of its mirror reflective looks and toughness.Thereare no issues, they come with their original leather case made byTuck Tite, there’s just a little edge lift on the cover flap.Agecirca 1924
