Carl Zeiss 10x50w multi-coated Binoculars Jena Jenoptem with case.
This item came from my late father’s estate. My dad loved to collect things but never use them. This pair of binoculars was purchased on the 30th April 1983
from a specialist supplier in Southport (my Dad kept the original receipt).
The brown case and the binoculars look like brand new, they truly look like they have never been used. They have been in storage for nearly 38 years.
There are no marks, no scratches and no signs of wear at all. The brown leather carry strap that attaches to the case has never been unwrapped since the day it was purchased.
My Dad even kept the original branded cardboard packaging box which unfortunately does show sign of wear as it is so old. I will need to sellotape it otherwise it will not hold together. (See pictures).
A great collectors item.
