They must have spent most of their life in their case on a shelf! Which is a shame as the view through them is superb and you can really appreciate why Audubon’s have such a fantastic reputation.There is some very minor wear and marks to the body of the binoculars. Focus and all other adjustments work smoothly and precisely. The optics are crystal clear, and the binoculars give a fabulous clear, bright, high-contrast, colourful, sharp wide angle view. There are no scratches to the lenses. Internally they are very clean with absolutely minimal dust and no evidence of fungus.They don’t look like they left the factory in Japan over 50 years ago!Even the case, straps and all four lens caps are in very good condition with minimal marking and very few signs of use.One for the collectors, or just someone who wants to own, use and appreciate a piece of history.This is a UK ONLY SALE.
