Mounting Bracket for Astronomy Telescope
This is a custom made bracket to any professional or amateur astronomer who’d like to upgrade with this precision fixing accessory.
Please note this will only work with certain telescopes so please make sure you check the dimensions or let me know of any desired tweak prior to placing the order.
Description: The bracket is 3D printed of high quality PLA – colour subject to change.Each ring utilises 2No nitrile rubber O-rings in specially sized grooves to offer firm fixing of the guidescope, stopping any lateral or vertical movement. The design includes 1mm extra internal ring diameter allowing for the o-ring thickness and printing tolerance.Should you send me a dimensioned photo of your actual guidescope I’d be happy to take a look and adjust the design for your particular model.The 2No rings are bolted to the sliding base at adjustable positions.
