These binoculars belonged to my father who used to love going to the horseracing. He died in 1977 and had these for several years before his death. Probably bought in the 50’s or 60’s but not sure. They have just been stored away so its time for a new home. There is wear on the black coating (see pictures) but the optics seem fine. They weight about 1.4 kilos without the box so a good sturdy pair. Still has the original leather case and strap but a buckle is missing from the strap and one small lens cover. The neck strap is fine.
