Vintage / Antique Leather / Brass Binoculars.
These look to be ex military WW1 era but that is only a guess. They have obviously taken apart to clean at some point and not put back together. All the parts are there although the leather washers are broken. There are signs of wear and tear commensurate with age / use. Please see photos.
