Iadmit to having a `soft spot` for greenkats my first pair ofbirding bins were by..GREENKAT.Iam thinning out my GREENKAT collection and thislisting is for a greenrubber armoured military style GREENKAT8x 40wide angle porroprism binocular.Severalother brands had their own version of this design notably TASCOand PANORAMA all of the versions I have tried have impressed.With a 9 degree field of view and goodoptics it is a pleasing binocular to use regularly. It has a ruggedbuild feel to it and the rubber armouring is pleasant to handle.Italsofeaturesrubberfold down eyecups for spectacle wearers.Itcomes very complete, with original softnylon green case with attached strap, GREENKAT branded webbing neckstrap,andalllens caps.A new microfibre lens cloth is also supplied.
