Why do binoculars attract time wasters ?
This is a really good quality vintage pair of German made binoculars which have a compass housed on the top which you can ONLY see when you are looking thru the binoculars. I am sure you will be familiar on how these work.
Just to mention that BOTH eye rubber parts have become perished and brittle and NEED replacing really if you are going to be using them.. if you like me just collect binoculars you may not want to replace them as to keep them original.
There is a plastic strap as well and a rubber part that fits over the eye parts.. this too is a little worse for wear… its split and falling to bits as well.
The binoculars are very nice and are in good order.. they have the 0 – 360 moving roller inside so you know what angle you are looking and a graticule’s line as well from 30 – 20 – 10 at the top and same below.
The binoc’s have been used and there are some tiny black spots inside the lenses when looking thru from the back.
If you only buy mint vintage binoculars these are not for you.
They are 8 inch wide x 5 and a quarter inch x nearly 4 inch deep due to the compass on top.
