Sky Watcher 150PDS 6″ Newtonian Telescope /OTA. This is an excellent and much loved scope that i have enjoyed for my astrophotography for the last year. I am only selling it as i have upgraded my setup. Please note that this sale is for the Optical Tube Assembly (OTA)and that the mount and tripod is not included in the sale. What is included is the OTA, The long Skywatcher dovetail, the finder scope, the 2″ eyepiece, the scope cover (large lens cap) and the ring mounting cradle.Optically the scope is as it was new. There is a very small mark on the outer paint thatbi have tried to show in the photo however this is barely noticeable and in no way effects the images. You could touch this in with black car touchup stick if it bothered you at all. I have just checked the collimation of the scope and it is perfect. This tube holds its collimation really well.I am also selling a 6″ dew sheild that fits this scope perfectly so please see my other items if you are interested in that. A Dual-Speed 10:1 ratio focuser is now included for excellent focusing precision. Also the tube length has been slightly shortened to optimise performance for prime-focus photography. Even better performance for astro-photography and visual use can be achieved when used in combination with Sky-Watcher’s Newtonian coma corrector (Prod.Code 20233).
