Carl Zeiss jena binoculars Marineglas X 6
I have had these binoculars for a few years but dont know much about them at all.I will State info and happy to try to answer questions but nothing to technical!!The pictures say it all ref condition. Signs of wear and use, unfortunately one of the caps is lost on the left but I am sure could be sourced buy someone determined.I wouldnt even say it was impossible to make if you knew the right person.On the Left part of the body over The Carl Zeiss Its stamped U.K. (a crest then) 28.5.15. Is this the date? WW1?I have only just noticed on the middle pivot part it says ROBINSON & Co SINGAPORE might be worth a google?Maybe the Retailers mark?Not much more I can say, they work as they should both eye pieces are used to focus.Complete with leather strap.U.K. bidders only please.Thanks for looking!
