Condition is Used and in need of refurbishment. If thats not your thing they have all the character needed to make a lovely ornament!
Sorry no great detail known about them. Parts seem to move and think it needs taking apart, cleaning and reassembling. You can try and ask me questions and Ill do my best. Assume 1940s but could be a bit earlier or later.
