Small opera glasses. some rust, loss of paint. A bit cloudy. Acetate coverings faded or cosmetically deteriorated, unevenly with age. Action fairly smooth but crude and a little wonky. Overall quite crudely made, and a bit bent
Early 20th c. I would guess. 1920s or 30s. Acetate type material in mother of pearl look cover them.
They have never been an expensive pair. I wonder if they were the kind you hired by putting a coin in a slot in a holder on the back of the chair. Perhaps someone forgot to put them back
