Swift Audubon Gold Label binoculars in very good condition.These were Swift’s flagship binoculars, and arguably the best ones they ever made. Lenses are pristine, inside and out, with no marks or fungus at all (on some of the photos, there are are light reflections from a window), the focusing is precise,(the only signs of use on the binoculars are on the focusing wheel), all lens
caps , straps and eyecups are in good order, and the optics are superb. The case has been repaired, and there is a line of glue visible round the top, but it is sound and solid. The only reason I’m selling them is because I have too many pairs of binoculars, and have been trying to decide between these and a pair of very expensive Zeiss 8 x 30s for several months. The Zeiss finally won out on grounds of portability, but for image quality, field of view and general ease of use, it was a very close contest indeed.
