I bought it 6 month ago but never used it outside yet so everything in perfect. No dust, defects or anything. I used it with Baader 2inch adapter to connect with my telescope for planetary/moon observation. This is the one of the best eyepiece you can get. If you interested in buying the adapter as well please contact me. I sell it because I l switch to deep-sky object imagine. Same optical quality as Leica zoom also waterproof.
