Solid heavy gauge Brass, weighs 6 kg, 3.8 with brass sleeve removed. Very good condition for age, 1936, from a Royal Navy ship, off deck gun. Optics nice and clear, would benefit from a clean. Huge prisms and Erfle eyepiece. Still rotates to focus. In original case that still has the key !

3 neutral density filters in case, for shielding user from the Suns glare. 

Caps for illuminators still nice and loose.

Very sturdy, survived the War, nice optics with a bright wide angle view.

This telescope would look superb on a tripod. 

This is all brass, so would polish up superb.

A very nice Telescope indeed.
