Burgundy catalin/bakelite binoculars. 
Fixed focus for sport/entertainment viewing. Marked as shown. “Temple Chambers” is a district of London. 1930’s-50’s. Measures 4.25″l x 1.5″ x 2.5″h. Some wear as shown, lenses intact although one is cracked as pictured.
