I Recycle/Reuse boxes or bags and other posting packages when i can in order to keep costs down but i make sure that all items are well packed.
My postage costs may include handling and other overheads, such as the eBay fees on postage costs, travel costs to the post office, etc. I will however refund when the difference of postage cost charged as an excess of over 2 but not for less for the reason already explained.
