This is a set of 2 telescope prisms for 1 x inch diameter eyepieces ( not included ).

One unit turns the image through 90 degrees. top is top, but left and right are reverse. but very useful when looking at objects high in the sky.

The other unit changes the inverted image so that top is top, bottom is bottom and left and right are the correct  way around for terrestrial viewing.

Originally they came from Japan in the 1960 period and made to a good optical standard- not like cheapo plastic ones from the far east.
