SEL engineering started off by making military equipment & towards the end of ww2 diversified making technical toys in 1946. So hence the quality by the box I would think these are 1950’s
Slight pitting to chrome barrels may clean been in storage many years, lovely smooth action.
I sell a lot of antique opera glasses & binoculars I got these out of a house clearance I think they are super things.
