Old pair of Binoculars with a in built Compass so may be Military in origin,no idea

of age but al least pre ww2 maybe ww1

around the veiwing eye is Chevalier Paris

I think there made from Brass apart from the bridge piece where the compass sits

measure approx 180mm long wound in and 218mm wound out

condition wise it is used.pretty dusty and dirty

I have no idea what size it is lense wise as cannot find any other markings on it and also if there clean inside the glass so

assume not

one of the 2 eye pieces is loose and spins around

seems to wind in and out ok,seems wobbly to me when is would out

there is some marks,dents and knocks to the brass work both on eye piece end and the other end and

paint loss

not sure if the body would have been leather covered at some point in time,but not now

there is no case

these are a nice old pair of binoculers needing work and cleaning up

please study photos as gives a idea to condition
