Dated and known to be used in WW2 in the Merchant Navy and subsequently for bird watching.
Used with scuff marks and scratches, but the lenses are clear and have fully functioning adjustability.
The binoculars have the number 82197, and still have a leather case with buckle and strap.
They are marked as Mark V. but the case is embossed as Mk.1.
Binoculars measure approx 20 cm (8″) tall.
