A Quality pair of vintage binoculars

6X30 Binoculars with Case

This item is OLD. But looking at other pairs for sale I would say
for their age in Good Condition and priced as such to sell
They do have several faults as noted :
There is obvious rubbing on the edges
There are a few dust specs internally. Focus is a little stiff
On inside front left there is a light scratch on the internal prismn only noticeable under a torch light
Age patina on end plates. Paint loss on rear LHS inner frame
Optically the Cullimation is spot on and viewing excellent .
They do have very light fogging – would benefit a service
Apart from that they are good binoculars.
Date stamp number tells me they are pre WW2 but I’m no expert
The case is in VGC , the strap shows age related wear
