This is a rare pair of Micro Binoculars, the Busch ‘Winett’ Binocular. Patent Applied For.
These can quite accurately be described as a pocket sized, in fact ‘Waistcoat’ pocket sized pair of Binoculars. When closed they measure 2 5/8″ x 1 3/8″ x 1″ across.
The barrels of the Binocular fold into their frame fro protection. The hinge out from the end spindles and have leather bound barrels. The eye pieces then telescope twice into the ready to use position and each eye can be focussed independently.
They are a lovely piece of equipment which remain usable and practical.
