Delivery Information & Post Purchase Service – ** Please Read Before Buying **
1) Once an item is dispatched you will receive an email letting you know it is on it’s way. Please allow 5 days from dispatch before getting in touch with us in the event that your item hasn’t turned up.
2) If your item hasn’t turned up after 5 days please get in touch via the Ebay messaging facility. We always work to resolve issues quickly with our Customers and will contact the couriers to further progress your query. 99% of the time we are able to resolve non-delivered item issues to the satisfaction of the customer. However, occasionally, things can go wrong. We ask please that you get in touch with us before leaving any Negative Feedback. We work hard to ensure our customers are communicated with at all times so they know what is happening if there is an issue with delivery.
3) Items are securely packaged and protected. However we do ask customers to check goods PRIOR to signing for them. Whatever the driver says, please do so, otherwise we are not able to claim on your behalf from the courier company for damaged goods. Each parcel will have a sticker on it instructing the receiver to ‘Check before Signing’   4) It is important that you let us know as soon as possible after 5 days if your item hasn’t arrived. We are unable to claim for a missing item unless it is reported to the courier company with 14 days from the date of dispatch.
5)  IF YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT DO NOT ACCEPT IT – YOU ARE WITHIN YOUR RIGHTS TO REFUSE THE ITEM IF IT IS DAMAGED – IT SHOULD THEN BE RETURNED TO US – WE CAN THEN CLAIM FOR THE LOSS ON YOUR BEHALF.
