On offer: an antique Ross of London telescope in its original leather case.
28cm (11″), 84cm (33″) when fully extended.
Black coated, non-magnetic white metal body (probably cast aluminium)
Leather bound exterior.
All sections functional, eyepiece shutter working well.
The telescope has clearly seen considerable use and is well worn but the lenses appear to be in good order.
A serial number #23032 is etched below the maker’s name. On the opposite side from this, another engraved word has been scratched off…original owner’s name perhaps.
Combined unpacked weight 905g.
