Most items are delivered the next working day, but Royal Mail’s estimate for this delivery service is 1-3 days. However, please bear in mind that we cannot contact Royal Mail about deliveries that have not arrived until ten working days have passed. We also offer GUARANTEED NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY for an additional 6.99. UK orders over 300 will either be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, or DHL Courier. Both will arrive next working day. ANY ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES APPLIED BASED ON THEIR DESTINATION. We are happy to ship to most countries, but if you are ordering from outside Europe please contact us first for a quote and to check the guidelines regarding addresses we are able to ship to. Unfortunately shipping to the Russian Federation is currently unavailable due to constraints with our couriers.
