Japanese dealer offers this telescope under the name Nerius as Semi-Apo.The TS 152mm Refractor offers an astonishing well colour correction. The lens material is made of K9 and F4 from Ohara (Japan).- The refractor is a real travel scope.. The transport length is only 760mm when the dewcap is folded.The TS 152mm Refractor is an universal telescope:- Deep Sky Observation … surely on of the most attractive fields – der Individual 152 is the ultimative gun with very sharp images in the field. Through the excellent colour correction and the relative huge objective diameter of 152mm you are able to magnify until 300 times with very good image sharpness and brightness.- Astrophotography … The TS 152mm Refractor has a huge 3″ crayford focuser. It is because of that even Astrophotography is possible. A bright refractor with 2″ focuser has a significantly “vignetting” build in. The TS 152mm offers also a brilliant illumination – even until the whole Medium format. You can connect the big field corrector TSFLAT3 directly to the focuser.- Lunar and Planetary Observation … You will have sharp and bright images of moon and planets. To increase the sharpness and reduce the color aberation, we suggest the Baader Semi-Apo filter.The Refractor offers an astonishing well colour correction. The material which the lens is made of is K9 and F4 from Ohara.
The adjustable lens, made of two single lenses is located in a stable lens cell.The lens is stable to adjust and stable against distortion.

A bright refractor makes no sense without an intelligent dimensioned focuser. A 2″ focuser would enforcedly generate vignetting because the relatively short focuser tube shadows the optical path.
The 3″ focuser of the Individual 152 has a free inner diameter from 76mm by an adjustable range from 100mm.Delivery: – Optical tube- CNC rings with transport handle- GP level dovetail plate Finder and findershoe are not includes. We suggest the TSSCFindershoe. If you want to use an optical finder, we suggest the adaption on the focuser. If you want a red-dot finder, we suggest the adaption on one of the both rings.
