Telinor 8×25 Binoculars in Original Leather Case by J T Coppock of Paris
These binoculars were, I believe originally issued to my wife’s father during WWII. Both the binoculars and the leather case show some wear as you would expect on items of this age, but the binoculars are fully functional and provide a clear image and a reasonable field of view, bearing in mind their objective lenses are only 25 mm in diameter. Compared to modern binoculars, their performance is poor, but they are of interest from an historical point of view.
