Russian made reflecting telescope with optical sighting scope mounted to side.
Scope slides out to optically disengage prism to lens so that eyepiece then focuses on prism aimed at mirror in main shaft.
Good sharp image on both systems, a little adjustment needed to completely align. Mirror would benefit from a clean by someone more competent than I.
Paint flaking on main body of scope.
Three footed stand is hinged and weighted and holds steady, but I’m not sure all red knobs work correctly.
Not sure of magnification but approx 100x (Google reveals it is 139x with this eyepiece). At 1000m an small twin aircraft approx 8m long fills screen.
Marked Made in Russia TAn-M No396 1994. Also what looks like HN3 inside a triangle.
Telescope is 20 in long, tube diameter 4 in, and mirror diameter 3.2 in. Stand height 40 in, distance foot to foot is 26 in.
Eyepiece is labelled 15mm
