Swift ‘Tecnar’ 8×40 binoculars, made in Japan. In excellent condition. They are in A1 condition, free of marks, scratches or dents with no damage to the textured outer coating. The optics are spotless. come to focus easily & deliver crisp, sharp views with no double image or eyestrain. The centre hinge, focuser & right dioptre all work smoothly through their full range of adjustments. They are well collimated & have 7.3 deg FoV.(383ft at 1000yds), There is no mould, fungus or misting on the lens or prisms, the view through either end is completely clear. Solid construction, very portable & easy to hand hold making them ideal for astronomy & general use.
Complete with hard case lined in blue velvet, also in very good condition.
