Purchased new about 1980 by me, and in very good condition. One of a collection of binoculars which I have been gradually disposing of. These were particularly highly regarded binoculars in their time, particularly by bird watchers. They have always been carefully stored, and only occasionally used.
Compact, but all metal, so quite heavy.
There are no chips on the case, no scratches on the lenses.
All adjustments are smooth.
They are clear inside – no debris or fungus.
The rubber eye cups are perfect.
The original leather strap is in very good condition.
The original leather case is in very good condition – still has the original leather smell (no damp or nicotine smells).
