Pair of Swallow 8 x 30 wide angle binoculars. A medium weight, medium power, handy pair of binoculars for walking, sports, bird watching and general use, in good condition. The left prism case is marked: (Swallow logo)HIGH QUALITYTRIPLE TESTED The right prism case is marked: 8 x 30Field 7.5 (degrees0131m/1000M The front hinge cover is marked:JAPANP4426 They certainly give a sharp and crisp image and the colours appear very true. Condition: Excellent optical, mechanical and good cosmetic condition. The elements are clear internally and are without fungus or hazing, the object and eyepiece surfaces are clear. Mechanically they are focusing smoothly. Cosmeticall, there is a little wear to the edges of the prism cases, consistent with age and use.
