I bought these from B and H Photo on Holiday in New York a couple of years back. I chose the Steiner Merlins because of the reviews they got and they have unique attributes like the colour. Also this model is only for the American market, in the UK we have the Steiner Skyhawk, which are not as good.
They are so well made and comfortable and are a joy to use, it’s just that i never use them. I bought them for walking and have taken them once and have just stuck to my pocket pair.
