Edwardian Vintage British Royal NavyWatch Officer TelescopeMade and markedRoss Of London Serial No 33739Circa 1920Rarely do vintage marine telescopes come up in such fine condition within there original suppliers velvet lined delivery tube. This Royal Navy officer of the watch single draw telescope was made by the famous makers to the Admiralty Ross of London. It is of heavy brass sheaved in chocolate brown leather the mounts and tube silver plated. This model of telescope was not just used by the Royal Navy, it was also favour’d by yachtsmen especially for presentation purposes.
