The Sky-Watcher Explorer-200 (EQ5) 200mm (8″) f/1000 Parabolic Newtonian Reflector Telescope features 0.5mm ultra-thin secondary mirror supports to reduce diffraction spikes and light loss, and high quality Paraboloidal primary mirrors to eliminate spherical aberration. The mirrors are ‘parabolised’ to bring all the light rays to the same focal point to produce sharp images which are full of contrast and detail. The 200P comes with a stable tripod and solid EQ5 equatorial mount which guides you to thousands of objects in the night sky. The 200P is the ideal choice for keen astronomers and the serious adult beginner and is perfect for observing the moon, planets, nebulae, star clusters and general deep sky observation.
