Dispatch & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all items the same working day, if ordered before 2pm.
Your item will be delivered within the estimated time shown by eBay.
Please note that this we are all disabled, so we use two fulfillment centres alongside our warehouse to help us get orders out ASAP.
This means that they store & dispatch our products for us. This allows us to get items dispatched as quickly as possible. Although some items may arrive in branded packaging, as some of these fulfillment centres have their own stores and our items are processed through the same system. Please do not be alarmed if your item arrives in a brown box with another retailers name on it.
Returns:
We accept returns on unwanted items as long as they are unused, and in an ‘as new’ condition.
This excludes perishables, underwear, DVDs, Video Games, Music CDs, Cassettes.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to make a return request.
