The telescope is in excellentcondition and gives quality views.The base is very sturdyand was crafted from high quality 18mm marine ply, it was undercoated and further three top coats were applied to proof againstmoisture.When I originally boughtthe materials for the project I also bought D-C-FIX (black) flockingpaper for further contrast enhancement and a sheet of PTFE (Teflon)for bearings if prefered. These weren’t used and I will give them forfree with the telescope.
