I believe this to be a Russian Tal reflector telescope by googling and looking at other similar ones.
Although I cannot be 100% sure.
The telescope has one lens and I have seen leaves on trees in the distance which fills the viewfinder so I do no not know the magnification.
It can be dismantled and stored in it’s own hand made wooden box.
The stand comes in 3 parts which screw together and is VERY sturdy.
The telescope part has a gun sight basically a circle on both ends which I presume is for sighting the general direction then once looking through the lens it has fine adjustment screws for horizontal and vertical movements which work perfectly.
I will NOT be posting this but I am happy for you to arrange a courier at your expense.
The other alternative is to collect in person from Hayle Cornwall.
