2,250 is for a single lens in capsule 127mm clear aperture,,This lens was made in America along with 3 others to my exacting specification,and is identical to the pair fitted to the Isbester twin triangulating telescope illustrated,I had intended to build 2 doubles but my brother needed a telescope capable of spotting small bullet holes at 800 yards,so I made him a single telescope using one of the lenses,unlike my double which took me 14 years full time to make it only took me 10 days,never the less it did not compromise the power ,his is capable of magnifications of 48 to 510 in stages dependent upon eyepieces ,capable of spotting the difference between a house-fly or a horse-fly at 300 yards ,as can be seen this lens is for a long telescope its focal length is 1905 mm making it F15 ,  who ever purchases this lens would be assisted by me with information on simplifying design free of charge,to be able to construct a telescope with the least possible machining ,and what other parts they should purchase on the market rather than build ,unlike my double everything was made by me,it contains over 1000 parts internally,for any one interested in I have put 3 videos on you tube showing specification,and what it can be capable of,under the heading isbester twin telescope,  the one i built for my brother was just mounted on a cheap wooden stand and the all up weight was 19 pounds,I used to hook the tripod on my shoulders and march off with it ,and took it to a lot of bird reserves ,unbelievable views,it was capable of focusing at 30 yards then go on to the stars ,it will read news print at 100 yards and I do not mean the headlines,  depending what type you wish to make what ever you are particularly interested in should be taken into account,to get the best out of it ,for example fitting an iris into the design ,both my single and double are fitted with them ,a great improvement if an article is so bright as to bleach the view,  but what ever assistance in design you need I will provide in drawings photographs or text ,where I can help ,any questions please just ask ,,regards Michel
