Nikon Trailblazer 8×30 Armoured Binoculars – Green
A rare opportunity to own this nice pair of NIKON 8×30 Trailblazer binoculars. These tough Binoculars feel robust and are a joy to hold and use.
The binoculars are GREEN – I think the colour bias on my camera is out!
If you are not familiar with these, then read on – I have found the following info on the internet relating to this model and have included it to help any potential bidders. As a private seller I cannot guarantee its accuracy – bidders should rely on their own knowledge or check out the data independently.
These bino’s were Nikon’s version of the famous Zeiss 8×30 Safari binoculars, intended for hunting & field use, and were probably the toughest Nikon ever made. Apparently the general public lost interest in expensive, high quality, rough use bino’s, so Nikon quit making them several years ago. I read on the internet that the last list price was $740.00 in their 1999 catalog.

The binoculars I am selling are in very good condition, nothing is loose, and everything is fully operational. The eye cups have some light wear – see pictures – and there are no lens caps.
