DELIVERY DETAILS & RETURNS POLICY
All of our items will be posted the following day of the payment clearing, excluding weekends / UK holidays. Times of Glory runs as a consignment / dress agency. All items are cared andstored in a smoke free environment. All items have been strictly inspected,described and photographed, sold AS-IS and in good faith. We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or mis-described items for full refundor exchange (if possible), providing
1) The buyer must inform us within 2 days of receiptbased on the time of delivery.  Once we transferred the fund to the consignor, the refund would be more complicated; 2) All items are sent with Times of Glory garmenttags and these tags must still be attached to the item for us to process anyreturns; and 3) If, in a very unlikely case, an item has been mis-described (such as the wrong size or theitem is damaged), please accept our sincere apologies. We always try to beextremely careful, however we are human and may make occasional errors. Insuch cases, we will happily refund the return postage. Otherwise we cannotrefund the return postage.
We encourage return items to be sent using atraceable and insured service. For international returns, please mark / selectreturn for a refund on postal packages. Once we have safely received andchecked your item, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund inaccordance with this policy.
