Purchased used several years ago in a hope of inspiring my young son to take an interest in the night sky…..er No!!

Never even came out of its box!

Vintage Prinz Astral Model 100 

Varipower Refractor Telescope

Variable magnification on the chrome draw tube include x15 x30 x45 x60 

The front objective is 60mm

Complete with both original front and rear caps

I’ve never set it up, just popped outside to peer through…..it’s alright!!

Goodness me, Made in Japan should tell you this will be a quality item.

Only thing that’s missing as far as I can tell, is the instructions.

It’s nice, but I’m emptying my loft and de-cluttering. So it has to go!

Now the Bad news, it weighs 3.7kg which unfortunately shoots over the cheap  Royal Mail 2kg limit postage. 

Reading the post office leaflet – Parcelforce 48 is 14.85!! Ouch

If the winning buyer is happy for this to be sent via Hermes, please contact me before paying and I’ll revise the postage costs after its all been wrapped and packed. Obviously I cannot give a accurate price until then, but I’m certain it will be far cheaper than Parcelforce.

Unlike other sellers, I make nothing on postage – infact I lose money on it due to the purchase cost of packing materials.
