Pentax SP 8×40 WP Water Proof Porro Prism Binocular is designed for heavy duty applications and suitable for outdoor use in all kind of weather and light conditions. The phase-correction coated roof prisms provide high resolution and contrast while Premium multi-layer coating assure the maximum light transmission and deliver bright, crisp, true-to-life images in the widest range of viewing conditions. It is purged with nitrogen to resist internal fogging, also water proof with a JIS Class 6 rating and submersible up to 1m due to its O-Ring sealed to perform well in all weather conditions. Its BaK4 Prism allows you more depth of field view as compare to roof prism design. The large size objective lens of 40mm increases light transmission and offers viewing even in low light conditions. This binocular assure the maximum light transmission and deliver bright, crisp, true-to-life images in the widest range of viewing conditions. Its lightweight rigid body design makes these binoculars extremely rugged to maintain optical alignment. The long 20mm eye relief design offered viewer to see entire 363 feet field of view clearly and effortlessly.
