Pentax 8×25 Binocular is weather proof and Japan Industrial Standards (JIS) for water resistance rates it JIS-4, that is, Splashing water from any direction shall have no harmful effect (Splash resistant). This property extends its usage for marine and extreme weather usage. Higher resolution is obtained from its super reflective coating and phase coating of the prisms that ensures flare control and maximum transmission of light.
