Clothing and Shoes are NON-RETURNABLE if they do not fit.
Any accessories or other items of clothing shown in the photographs that are not described below are for display purposes only, they are not part of this auction. PaymentOur preferred method of payment is PayPal.
As soon as you leave us positive feedback, we will return the favour.
If you live in the postcode range DN31-DN41, we will automatically remove the postage charge and prepare your item for collection from our centre on Hainton Avenue in Grimsby. If you would still prefer us to deliver, drop us a line and we will re-instate the postage for you to pay.
We can accept cash-on-collection, but please bring the exact money as we don’t carry change. We also cannot accept any cards on collection as we primarily use PayPal.ShippingAs a charity, we rely on unpaid volunteers to list, describe and pack our items. We also use donated packaging so as not to incur you any excessive packing charges. This means you may receive your item in an unusual box ! We feel it helps us, you and the environment.

About UsWe are a home from home. Come and go as you please… bring your pets… order takeaways… here at St Andrews Hospice, it’s all about you.
We offer free palliative care to anyone over the age of 18 with any progressive life-limiting illness. We are independent of the NHS but work with healthcare organisations. Most patients live in North East Lincolnshire but people also come from other areas. Anyone can refer – the patient, their family or GP, the community nurse, a consultant and so on – in writing, by telephone or by visiting us.
We offer respite care, day therapy, symptom control, rehabilitation and terminal care, as well as other services such as counselling, complementary therapies, Lymphoedema clinics, physiotherapy and bereavement support.
We have about 120 members of staff, enabling us to provide 24-hour care, seven days a week, and more than 500 volunteers who support all aspects of the hospice.
Treat St Andrews as you would your home; there are no set visiting hours and pets are very welcome.
Care is dependent on need and availability. We do not offer long-term residential care.
How we are funded
Our running costs are £4.1 – million for both St Andrews and Andys. Typically we receive only 13% statutory funding every year; the remainder must be raised through donations and by selling online to you, our eBay customers.
