Cornwall Hospice Care isan independent charity providing Specialist Palliative Care to patients withlife threatening conditions. The team provides expert medical care to helpalleviate and manage pain and symptoms, and provide practical, emotional,and spiritual support to patients, their carers and lovedones.  They are supported in an atmosphere of genuine warmth,which is positive, but not falsely optimistic. Our service is free of charge to the patient.However, our charity status means that we rely heavily on financial andvoluntary support from the general public. It costs more than 7 millionannually – equivalent to 14 a minute – to provide our services and more than80p in the has to be met from voluntary support.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFOREBIDDING.
 All our items are donated to our charity andwe have no history with them. We always describe our items honestly as we seethem.
 If youhave any problems with an item or are not fully satisfied with yourpurchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to resolve theproblem.  All items are listed and packed by supervisedvolunteers. Should there be problems we always do our best toresolve them fairly and amicably. 
Our hoursof trading are Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.  Although we areoccasionally able to answer queries outside these times it is not normallypossible.  We will get back to you, the next morning oron Monday morning if a question/query has been raised over theweekend. Althoughlistings may run into the Bank holidays we will not be able to completetransactions, answer questions etc, until the following day. 
PAYMENTPayPal ispreferred however we are happy to accept personal cheques but pleasemessage before bidding to arrange payment other than PayPal.All listed shipping rates are for UK only.Our shipping rates include postage,packaging and handling.Some items will be sent byrecorded delivery and are automatically insured for our customers peace ofmind.
Should an item go missing a full refund will begiven only when Royal Mail or the Courier used declares that the item is lost.Please allow time for investigation.  
Should an item be damaged we will requirephotographic evidence of damage to the parcel and contents which we can thenpresent to Royal Mail or the Carrier.
