A nice quality pair of Carl Zeiss Jena Deltrinem 8×30 Field Binoculars, made in DDR East Germany. I am not an expert but these binoculars appear to be in excellent condition for their age,the lenses are nice and clear with no marks or scratches,the focus wheels all work smoothly and the image is sharp. The lenses are coated and are a reddish colour. There is minor wear to the casing most notably near the right front eyepiece where the binoculars are held but nothing much. The black leather strap shows very minor wear through use but overall condition is very good. The serial number is 6994814 They come with the original brown leather case with red velvet interior,the case has aVery few marks but is of good solid construction and will still give many years of use. A fine pair of top quality field binoculars. Regards 7FN.
