Delivery usually within 1-2 working days of dispatch. International Postage:Regrettably, we can no longer offer a non-tracked service to International locations as too many parcels have become lost recently. Royal Mail International Tracked/Signed For: For letters and small parcels up to 2kg and up to a value of £250. Items will be sent securely and requires a signature on delivery. Items are tracked within the UK only. Delivery usually within 3-7 working days of posting. Items will be covered up to a value of £250 compensation in case of loss. Delivery may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas. Courier: Large items weighing more than 2kg will be sent via courier. Delivery usually within 5 and 10 working days. Collection:Items can be collected Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm from our Distribution Centre, Unit C-E Huxley Close, Plympton, Devon. PL7 4JN. We can accept cash or card payments on collection. If you wish to collect from us at the weekend, please contact us and pay by Paypal as we can send items to our Clearance Shop (also on Huxley Close) for you to collect. They are open 9am to 5pm Saturday & 10am to 4pm Sunday. Terms of Sale Unwanted or Unsuitable GoodsPlease contact us before you return your item. Unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition, complete with all labels and instructions, at the purchaser’s expense. A full refund will be issued at the earliest time after the unwanted item has been received.
