A nice looking Mirador MR 55 telescope with tripod. 25 to 60x magnification/zoom. D = 50 mm and f = 500 mm. Metal. This telescope needs to be taken apart and cleaned properly, since it’s difficult to focus on anything as it is. There is some moisture between the lenses at the front. The focusing rack is a bit loose, so adjustment is difficult as it is. I think one of the inner lenses might have been put back the wrong way around after a clean (there is a threaded collar inside that holds this lens, which can be gently unscrewed to release the lens when given a tap). Paint is scratched over body of telescope. There is some faint scratching on the front lens, but looks minor in my opinion. The tripod is adjustable. It is marked ‘Japan’ on the focusing rack of the telescope. Approximately 62 cm long when set to 25x magnification. Royal Mail or Parcelforce will be used for UK, but I may use an alternative courier for international postage. Thanks
